THE FINAL WORD

Well, I have a feeling all of the Thailand updates are done, since we've now been back for almost four months (Is it just me, or does anyone else feel like they should be in Thailand for the rest of their lives.... I miss that place so much it's not even funny.)

I just figured I would leave this little nugget of information for anyone who used to read this, and felt like stumbling on to the site some time to reminisce. There's been a huge update in the world of the three travellers (That would be Mike, Nevin and I.)

Nevin has just recently, being this past Sunday, gotten engaged to some girl that he just met. I asked him why he did it, and he said she held a sharp banana to his throat, and a loaded pomegranite to the side of his head and made him do it, but I think he's lying, I think he actually wanted to propose to this strange woman.

Just kidding, Nevin proposed to Kyla, his girlfriend of a year. They're both awesome people, and being together is a fantastic match. I'm not gonna say I predicted a date that this would happen or anything, but I would have been pretty confused if marriage wasn't the end result with these two.

So, Nevin and Kyla, congrats. A wise person once said that true love is the soul's recognition of it's counterpoint in another, and Nevin, I'm just glad you found that.
